Pastor Reverend David W. Hamlett has dedicated nearly 50 years to answering God’s call, living by the conviction that there is no greater joy than fulfilling the divine assignment placed in his hands.Foundations of FaithHis ministry journey began at just 15 years old at Mount Olive Holiness Church in Halifax, Virginia. During this foundational season, Reverend Hamlett organized the church’s very first youth choir, the Joyette Choir, and served as both choir director and president of the young people’s department. It was also during this time that he preached his very first message at a Jubilee service.Deepening the CallIn 1986, the Lord relocated Reverend Hamlett to Hartford, Connecticut. By age 30, he was called into deeper ministry at Lighthouse Church, where he served faithfully across numerous ministries, including roles as a minister, choir director, usher, prayer ministry leader, and president of the Men of Faith Ministry. In 1996, God led him to Full Gospel and Interdenominational Church in Manchester, Connecticut, where he was trained in the work of the minstry and officially ordained as a Reverend in 2006.Global Outreach and Pastoral LeadershipGod soon expanded Reverend Hamlett’s territory, fueling a deep passion for evangelism and global outreach. His ministry has spanned international borders and national regions:The Mission Field: He traveled to Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, an experience that remains a profound highlight of his life and ministry.National Evangelism: He has preached the Gospel across Canada and throughout the United States, including Connecticut, New York, Virginia, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Maine . Georgia, West Virginia and many other states. Pastoral Care: He later served as Assistant Pastor, and subsequently as a Pastor, at Harvest Hope Church of God in Christ in Providence, Rhode Island. He currently assist in various churches while assisting and working with Voice of Triumph Ministries and traveling alongside Bishop Melvin L. Sanchez.Throughout decades of service, God has faithfully used Reverend Hamlett to minister to churches , pastors and diverse communities, witnessing healings , miracles and salvation through the power of the word of God and prayer.
